Helpful for planning my trip

I purchased the 7-Day Istanbul Pass for my family's vacation. The ordering process online was really smooth, got the confirmation email right away. Delivery isn't really a thing since it's digital, but accessing the pass on my phone was easy. We used it for several attractions like the Dolmabahce Palace and the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise. The skip-the-line feature was a lifesaver, especially with kids, avoided some long queues. The WhatsApp Traveler Support was pretty responsive when I had a question about booking a specific tour, took them about an hour to get back to me, but it was helpful. Overall, the quality of the tours included was good, and it definitely helped us see a lot without too much hassle.

Easy to use pass

I got the 3-Day Istanbul Pass for my trip last month. It was pretty straightforward to use, just scanned it on my phone at places like Hagia Sophia. Definitely saved me some time not waiting in lines. Made exploring a lot less stressful, which was nice.

Consistent service as always

This was my third time using an Istanbul Tourist Pass, got the 5-Day version this time. Just like before, everything was reliable. The digital guide made it easy to keep track of what we wanted to do. Used it for the Basilica Cistern and a few other spots. Their system for booking guided tours with the pass is always smooth. It's why I keep coming back, no surprises, just works how it should.

Good for quick visits

Bought a 1-Day Istanbul Pass. Used it for Topkapi Palace. Skip-the-line worked well. Saved time.

Anyone know if you can stack promo codes? Got one for signing up for emails and another from a travel blog.

A Anna Bennett 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one at a time. I tried to combine two different codes once and it didn't work.

From my experience with these kinds of passes, they usually only let you use one discount. It's either the higher percentage or whatever applies first at checkout.

Thinking of getting the 5-day pass for my trip next month. Is the Museum Pass Istanbul included in it?

P Priya 1 month ago
No, the Museum Pass Istanbul is separate. I bought both last year 'cause some of the places I wanted to see weren't covered by just the Tourist Pass.

They're different things, I looked into it when I was planning. The Tourist Pass has a bunch of attractions but not the official Museum Pass.

Istanbul Tourist Pass vs Istanbul E-Pass, which one is better for a family trip with young kids?

M Mia G. 1 month ago
I'd compare the attractions list for both really carefully. Some passes are better for museums, others for kid-friendly stuff like Madame Tussauds or the Aquarium. See which one has more of what your family would actually use.

We used the Tourist Pass last spring break and the kids loved it. The skip-the-line at some spots was a lifesaver with impatient little ones. Not sure about the E-Pass, though.

D Dan 2 months ago
I had to cancel mine due to a flight change. It was pretty straightforward, got my money back no problem. Just check their policy for the exact timeframe.
